Hello Everyone, I hope to become a contributing member of this book group. I enjoy reading as well as meeting new people from all walks of life. Over the years I have enjoyed many genres; the classics, mystery, science-fiction, and fantasy. I also enjoy non fiction; history, and biographies. However, I am open to other suggestions as I believe I have much room in which to expand my interests. Also, I would love to meet anyone who is in my geographic area. I live on the coast in Mississippi from Oct to May and on the Kennebec River in central Maine from May to October. Well else is there to say other than thank you for the opportunity to introduce myself.

I'm a fantasy genre lover but for some reason we just haven't read and discussed any here on BookTalk.org.

Hi Deb, always glad to meet someone new. I also like science fiction, fantasy (some), mysteries, and historical fiction. I also enjoy reading history and biography. Looks like we have somewhat similar reading tastes. Do you have any favorite authors in the various genres?
