Hi everyone

I found this forum today when searching for bookclubs to model my own on, and got so caught up by all your discussions that I had to join!

My name is Charlie (female) and I live in Australia. In terms of reading - before this year I did not read a lot, but I'm trying to dedicate more time to good books, and have read about five so far this year (with the aim of 10 - 20).

Currently I am studying a Bachelor of Arts with a major in communications and a minor in literature. In my spare time I run a discussion forum dedicated to creative writing as well as books www.inkstains.wordsoffiction.net/forums we are always happy to see new members so if you have an interest in creative writing, pop on over and show us your stuff :) (Mods, is it okay to plug?).

Anyway, I'm looking forward to reading books with you, and getting to know all of you!

Charlie

Thanks Chris! Would it be possible for you to link to me somehow? I have plugged booktalk at my site as well (bohemian_girl must've seen that message :P). This really is a wonderful forum to be a member of! I could live here.

Oh, question though, how does one edit their gender information? I can't find it anywhere in the edit profile page.

Hi Charlie :)

How are you? How long has your site been going?

Hope you have a good time with Booktalk.

In the middle of the profile page, there is a "profile info" section.

At the bottom of this section, there is a line entitled "gender", where you can select male or female.
