Hello, my name is Ted Marcum. I love to read(hence why I joined this forum). My favorite authors are Fyodor Dostoevsky, Douglas Adams, Kurt Vonnegut, George Orwell, Richard Dawkins, Joseph Heller, Isaac Asimov, Jean-Paul Sartre, and Franz Kafka. Long and strange but I think it epitomizes me as a person. I am a social democrat and an atheist. I am married and will be having a daughter soon(Molly Claire Marcum). Well, I think that sums me up. If anyone has any questions about me, just ask.

I had to study Franz Kafka's 'The Trial' last semester. I found it near impenetrable...if that's even a word. There's a dictionary right next to me so I could check, but it's now 5.03am.

Anyway, welcome to BT - I'm new, too. I'm not an athiest, and I don't know what a social democrat is...but I like reading, so we have at least one thing in common.
