Live chat with Dr. Philip Zimbardo

I'm going to do my best to schedule a live chat session with our author. No promises. I've emailed him.

Dr. Zimbardo has tentatively agreed to a live chat session. I'll talk to him on the phone soon and establish the details.. :)

I definetly plan to lurk at the chat! I have never been involved in ANY form of live internet chat before. Can someone explain the format to me?

Are questions presubmitted? Are there a limited number of speaking participants?

Cool! I'll be an active participant, unless there's a work conflict that I can't escape.

Once the chat is scheduled, I'll tell my real-life book club, which discussed the book a couple of months ago, about it.

Chris:

At the end of the section covering the Prison Experiment, Zimbardo mentions that he has kept in contact with some of the participants of the study and that they have particiapted in media events regarding the Experiment over the years.

Would'nt it be great if some of the participants could participate in the chat? Would it be out of liine to ask Dr. Zimbardo if that is at least a possibility?

Mr. P.

My schedule has been a bit chaotic lately so I've let this slip. Would you all like me to schedule a live chat with Dr. Zimbardo still? And if so would a Thursday evening at 9:00 Eastern be acceptable? ...how about 7:00 Eastern?

The earlier time would suit me better, but whatever results in the larger turnout.
