Ah, I think there are some valid points here, about not comparing The Hobbit to LOTR when reading it. I haven't read the LOTR books so when I went into The Hobbit I didn't really have any sort of expectations. Other than expecting a good story, which was what I got. I have to admit I loved this one....

Katherine Mansfield's Short Stories

I absolutely love Manfield's writing, and I'm curious whether anyone else here has read or still reads her? She seems to be pushed to the side at times, or just seems to pass below the radar, really, but her writing is just genius! Anyone read her stories?

Whoah...sounds really interesting. I've always been fascinated by Lucifer and this is the first time that I've come across such an idea as yours. It sounds like it'll be a great read. If I can get my hands on it =P

Greetings Booklings

Hello everyone. I'm new to this place and have no idea what I'm doing, just trying to get my bearings. Othewise, I love books, mostly fiction, but lately been getting into some non-fiction. I'll read anything as long as it's well-written, has a point and interesting. :D
