I am lately committed to reading works of literature that I should have read by now but for some reason haven't. Having just finished Beowulf, I've started The Great Gatsby and I'm enjoying it thoroughly.

I'm currently reading Nathan's Run by John Gilstrap.

It's a fun and engrossing book. Nathan has the wit and innocence that makes him such a lovable character. :D

I wanna read Salem's Lot by Stephen King 'cause I've been looking for that book for a really long time. I can't seem to find it in any of the bookstores in our place. :(

I'm currently reading The Postman by David Brin (it's been on my TBR shelf for years and I'm enjoying it so far, although it's a bit slow), Ahead of Time by Ruth Gruber (a memoir about one of the first female foreign correspondents), and rereading Cavern of Socrates by Dennis L. McKiernan.

Right now, I'm reading "The Last Orcale" by James Rollins, but I'll be done with that in a couple of days. I will go on to "The Monster of Florence", a non-fiction book by Douglas Preston.

Right now I'm re-reading Jordan's Wheel of Time series. I'm on book 3 - The Dragon Reborn.

And of course, I'm wading through Primates and Philosophers in order to join that discussion.
