Howdy from West Texas

I am from Lubbock Texas (bottom of the Texas panhandle). My favorite past times are photography, writing, and reading. I love to read all kinds of books, currently I am reading The Lost Symbol, I know original (lol). I am waiting for Nicholas Sparks latest book to be available in audio so I can download it to my iPod. I like some westerns, and some romance, but mostly general fiction.

I am currently working on writing what I suspect will be a young reader story, who knows maybe it will become a real book. It is an adventure story that takes a family on a treasure hunt, iin a national wildlife refuge. I am interwining local legends and actual facts into my story to give it viability.
