I also love discussing these things. From books in general, to politics and religion I like to find common ground with others as well as having honest but respectful discussions on areas of disagreement.
It seems that we are living in a time when a lot of folks who disagree about ideas, fall too easily into putting one another's beliefs and opinions down, instead of listening and respecting. Looking around the forums here, my first impression is Wow
It seems that there are tolerant people here with different ideas beliefs (especially on religion) having mature reasoned discussions. I cannot wait to jump in.
