Hi everybody! My name is Michael and I just became a member of booktalk. Does anyone have any book suggestions? I am a populist and a democratic socialist. I enjoy reading non-fiction books about history, sociology, and criminology. I have a blog at whatcomcountypopulist.blogspot.com. If you would like to read it, please do. Since you said that you were a populist, I know that there are a couple of books that are right up your ally. Lee Harris - The Next American Civil War: The Populist Revolt Against the Liberal Elite. Joe Creech - Righteous Indignation: Religion And the Populist Revolution Books. David Sirota - The Uprising: An Unauthorized Tour of the Populist Revolt Scaring Wall Street and Washington.
I have not read these myself, but looked them up and thought maybe you might like them. Welcome to Booktalk.org and please express your thoughts.
