Re: how often do you guys read a book?
I read everyday sometimes all day and the second I finish one book I pick up another. I never stop reading. If it's not a book it's a comic or graphic novel.
It's a scary night in the lonesome October

I read every day if not an actual book, a story or poem on several different sites. However about 5 years ago I din't read a book other than magazines in about eighteen months to two years due to health issues. I sure am glad to be back reading.

Im also always reading something, and sometimes I will read more than one book at a time, however, I also go through "dry spells", where no matter how good a book is I just can't seem to trudge through it. For instance, last month I only read one book...and it was pretty short. My dry spells are always followed by months of intense reading, like yesterday I read over 100 pages of my new book and I'm already looking at what I want to read next.

I read as much as possible. I'm a big news junkie so I save my Foreign Affairs, Time and Newsweek for when I am at the gym (Plus it means that to stay informed I have to go...).
I tend to read one book at a time. I'd say on average about a book every other week when school is in session, otherwise about a book or week. I recently quit my job so I am now reading a book every other day and it feels amazing!

Re: how often do you guys read a book?
I am perpetually reading at least one book. I consider my book habit to be an addiction as compelling as any habit that exhibits itself in the form of a craving in its absence and anxiety at the prospect of not having the next "fix" at hand. Fortunately, my habit isn't currently condemned by society, or I would be dealing in contraband and brewing more books in a still in the woods behind my house...

Depends on what's going on in life, basically always during a plane flight, at least one every two or three days if I get a beach vacation, but when work gets crazy very rarely since I'm in front of the computer so dang much.

I read constantly. Often 1-3 books per week plus magazines and on-line articles.

Re: how often do you guys read a book?
Lately (say in the past year or so), I've been reading books back to back. I don't usually read more than one book at a time, just plug away one book after another, otherwise, something won't get finished. I already have my next book picked out.

I try to always be reading something. Currently, "Oracle - Sunken Earth" by C.W. Trisef
