Re: What, In God's Name? by Michael Barry

With some of these posts I'm thanking the interest rather than the content. Yet another mention of snakes? There's no mention of snakes in my book, and no mention of snakes in the Genesis 'days'.
Indoctrination is a debilitating disease that causes death to millions, but there is a cure.

Re: What, In God's Name? by Michael Barry

I consider my command of the English language as very good. Some of the questions I'm being asked here are clearly answered in W,IGN. Youkrst Wrote: i'm enjoying the book immensely and these quotes are just a bonus really, the next time i meet an innately righteous person i shall inform them that it...

Re: What, In God's Name? by Michael Barry

Hi geo. I accept that my book hasn't been written too well, but I've made it clear that I think the idea of the world being created in six days is ridiculous. I think Moses is using the term 'day' as we would say, 'back in the day' or, 'those were the days'. They're obviously seven 'periods' of the ...

I don't use a foreign dictionary, Chris. I use the Oxford English Dictionary. I inserted the definition in an earlier post.

Re: What, In God's Name? by Michael Barry

I'm trying desperately to refrain from spiteful remarks. I would appreciate the same. The time of the video is relevant to what we've learned over the past 28 years, surely? How many times have you heard, "What we once believed to be... we now know to be?"

Re: What, In God's Name? by Michael Barry

W,IGN is a modern interpretation of the days in Genesis and a modern interpretation of the genome of Jesus. Both are unprecedented. When I read the Genesis days it made no sense to me. When I read about Jesus it made no sense to me. Genetics makes sense of both of them, in my opinion. Don't be sad, ...

Re: What, In God's Name? by Michael Barry

Thank you for the vids, Taylor. I thoroughly enjoyed the second one. Two very nice gentlemen. If they had dinner with me they would go home as best friends because they're both right. Creation is putting two reproductive cells together and evolution is seeing what happens to them. If you've got any ...

Re: What, In God's Name? by Michael Barry

Dear Landroid, I've had sixteen years of critical thinking. I thought that was obvious? I get it now. I can see where I've gone wrong with my book. And that's all thanks to you, Chris, Taylor, Geo, etc.. I need to be more communicative; much more detail, and find a proof-reader. Something happened t...

Re: What, In God's Name? by Michael Barry

Landroid, expert on everything known to humankind. The camera was pointing at the fossils in the rock. The fossils were of sea creatures. The rock was on top of a mountain. The scientist's where there. The camera was there. I watched it and I've commented on it. I'm giving my interpretation of the f...

Re: What, In God's Name? by Michael Barry

Chris, yes that's what I expected. I see a solar system the same way, like an atom with a nucleus (the sun) and planets and other bodies orbiting around it like protons, neutrons, etc.. I noted that beyond the outer orbiting bodies (beyond Pluto) there is an outer limit of containment like a cell's ...
