Re: Sharing a Poem
See, even this innocent little poem you wrote at 12(!) touches my spirit in such a strong way. It's nothing too deep or spiritual, but when you write it, I feel it, and that feeling is so damn strong! (pardon my language)... I'm definitely going to look into your poetry collections! I'm beyond excit...

Re: Favorite character in literature?
Well, after just finishing Atonement by Ian McEwan, I must say that I really loved Cecilia Tallis. She seemed so carefree, especially when it came to doing what she wanted to do, even if her mother disapproved. I wish that I could be more like her. Just hold my head high and not worry so much. Re: Sharing a Poem
Wow. I think that's the most emotionally captivating poem I've ever read. I feel foolish sitting here, weeping over the keyboard, but you truly know a deep love that I feel within myself. I felt those words just harboring in my soul.
Thank you.
Keep sharing your poetry!

When I read any book, I try to find characteristics in the characters that are strong and valuable. Scout, she was a stubborn g...

Re: Usernames
Well, ever since about 7 years ago(approx) I've been using this little made up name, Missyannlala, for just about everything. It's got part of my name in it, Melissa sometimes missy for short, Ann is my middle name, and lala, well I just had a sort of brain fart, and was listening to some song that ...

Monsters vs. Aliens. I love when the prez gets up in front of the aliens and does his little keyboard performance. I laugh so hard every single time.

Re: Atonement.
Well, I just watched the movie today. Having finished the book yesterday I decided to see if it would match up..I don't think it did. At least for me, the movie didn't play out the time period change too well. I was trying to think to myself..."wait, did it happen in that order..?"
