absolutely correct! Buddhism per se is non-theistic religion. I don't call it religion, its a way of life. science and buddhism can existence hand in hand. thats why i chose to be one. buddha even said to question his teachings before agreeing to them.

what is the meaning of "science"? how does science states the evidence of things, including God? but first what does "God" means? please enlighten me?

I think there's a stone but it doesn't guarantee that it will be forever a stone. you have to consider the five agreggrates of skandhas-- 1) form or matter 2) sensation or feeling 3) perception or cognition 4) volition and 5) consciousness -- that why "Impermanence" is part of buddha's tea...

I've not found my old copy. I might buy a new one, hopefully a cheap one. Notice the dramtis personae at the beginning of the book-- In the beginning , the cast has been set for the play to begin and let the story march till the end. ( if there's any)
