Re: What Books Do You Dislike?
I'm not a big fan of Catcher in the Rye either. Honestly, it came off as whiny and (Esoldra said so too) anticlimatic. I'm a fan of Salinger, though. I just prefer his other works to Catcher in the Rye, such as Franny and Zooey. I wasn't overly enthused with Lord of the Flies, but it did lead to som...

Re: Is Religion Going Extinct?
Not fast enough! Without religion and government the world would be a better place. Re: What are you reading right now...
I'm reading two books at the moment, one for school and the other for fun. I'm reading Anna Karenina by Leo Tolstoy for my English class's book clubs we're doing, and Notes From the Underground by Fyodor Dostoyevesky. I'm kind of curious about Russian literature at the moment, in case it wasn't alre...

Simply a Girl in Pursuit of the American Dream
Hello, I'm Taylor and I'm part of the group doing the ACA Book Club threads. I enjoy doing many activities, a couple of which include playing piano and reading. I read basically anything I can, though at the moment I re-reading Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas. I also am fond of what I've read of Kurt...
