I am trying to prove that my, and others, POV is valid and that we are not "Pro-Abortion" as Niall DID indeed suggest. All else aside, that is your mistake. You, or I, or Niall001 or anyone else cannot prove our points of view to be valid. The simply are valid as such, and by sharing them...

...SO please...go screw yourself. And if you got something to say, say it to me. Oh...and just where was I offensive?... Fine. 1. You hijacked a topic onto a totally irrelevant issue. 2. You ignored two requests to go start your own topic about that issue. 3. You post 2, 3, 4 times in a row, until ...

Niall001, we may be poles apart on this issue, but I still find your presentation in these threads the less offensive. An opinion for you: It's not worth feeding the trolls.

I'd still like to know what the hell any of this has to do with the subject of this thread. You want to argue abortion? Make a damn thread for it, not derail existing ones that have nothing to do with it. FWIW I shouldn't have indulged myself at all by posting in this topic once it turned int...

Point taken. To me this topic is so totally derailed, and onto a subject that never ends well on forums.

If I were a moderator I would have locked it awhile ago.

Pro-Choice != Pro-Abortion!!!!! EDIT leaving this thread (which i posted because one morning before my first coffee I felt mildly persecuted by a newspaper editor for publishing something as tasteless and hateful as the scan in the first post). Amazing progression to me. Hate v. Atheists >> ...

The very terms "Pro-choice" and "Pro-life" are used by groups who only have one political/social issue on their agenda, or at least only one that those terms were ever meant to describe. Trying to obfuscate the issue by applying "Pro-choice" to any type of choice on any...

I disagree. (and this is the third time I've cut down and rewritten this post.) I think it would be a very different story if every instance of "atheist" were replaced by "gay", "jew", "muslim", etc. In fact, in those cases I don't think this article ever woul...

In regards to solar and wind issues that Indie addresses, if it would be so easy then why isn't it already being done? Problem with these renewable sources of energy is they are very labor, energy, and financially intensive to build and maintain so the cost/benefit must also take into consideration...

Can you feel the love?

I shouldn't let anything surprise me anymore. Unfortunately, I have a tendency to read a news site or two before having my first cup of coffee. Here's how I woke up today: http://img233.imageshack.us/img233/4901/deararticles2gz7.jpg My question would be this: How common is this kind of attitude (ins...
