Do you avoid books that are exclusively available as eBooks?
So I'm curious. I'm the kind of person who always looks for an eBook version of whatever I want to read. If it's a book I simply have to have on my bookshelves, I'll go out an buy the hardback version as well, but for day to day reading, I want eBooks simply because I can carry a virtual library wit...

Re: What is your favorite fiction genre?
This is a tough one because there really isn't just one. The only reason I think I am able to say I have an "all time favorite" author is because he has written fantastic stuff in all three of my favorite genres: Fantasy, Sci-Fi and Mystery/Thriller. (the author btw is Stephen R. Donaldson...

Re: Max Berry: Syrup, Jennifer Government, Company
I read Jennifer Government a few years ago when I was bored and looking for something new to read. It wasn't a bad book at all. I remember enjoying the story and it being an easy and fun read. It's been a while and I no longer recall much of what it was about which usually means that while it was a ...

Re: The book I keep going back to...
All fantastic choices! My tastes tend more toward fantasy, sci-fi and thrillers. There are a few titles/series I find myself rereading every few years: The Chronicles of Thomas Covenant the Unbeliever by Stephen R. Donalsdon, The Gap Series by Donaldson as well, Just about any and all of John Grisha...

Re: Kindle Books
Personally, I always look for electronic versions of the books I want to read. If it's a great book and I want it for my collection after reading it then I'll go buy the hardcover but I always try to go with eBook first. With regard to the Kindle, it's not the only kid on the block when it comes to ...

Where the devils and human the the dreamer is prey.
Hello! My name is Mark and I married an incredible author of amazing, heart-pounding stories. I wanted to tell you all just a little bit about her and her debut novel. Please allow me to introduce myself...
... I'm a man married to a wonderful author. Hello! My name is Mark and I've been a avid reader for as long as I can remember. I simply love books and all forms of reading (standard hard cover, paperback, eBook, audiobook, whatever. It doesn't matter the format, I just love stories. Lucky for me, I ...
