Re: Poetry by Numbers: National Poetry Month game

My entry: Four-Feet Rudyard Kipling I have done mostly what most men do, And pushed it out of my mind; But I can't forget, if I wanted to, Four-Feet trotting behind. Day after day, the whole day through -- Wherever my road inclined -- Four-feet said, "I am coming with you!" And trotted alo...

Re: How much of your will is free?

I think that Freud accepts in part the Christian idea that 'the truth will set you free', and sees truth and freedom as obtained through psychoanalysis. Naming our demons helps to control them. Freud identified a pervasive imprisonment of the human soul, and rather like the Buddha, pointed to a pat...

Hi I'm Kym - May I Join? Two Look at Two by Robert Frost Love and forgetting might have carried them A little further up the mountain side With night so near, but not much further up. They must have halted soon in any case With thoughts of a path back, how rough it was With rock and washout, and uns...

Re: so how many books does everyone have in their library

As my roommie won't let me keep a ton in the apartment, I have about 140 in the house and probably 500 ebooks.

Re: Reading on iPad?

I use the Kindle Fire and love it for everything except Magazines. I hate the way it works with magazines. It loads a preview at the bottom which I constantly end up calling up for some reason and it ends up taking the fun out of the just "flip and turn".
