Re: Do you think alcohol and drugs help writing?
Trying to write under maurijauna was actually a dream because I would be too busy being a total idiot who did things he can't even remember. My friends were the same. Losers from all walks of life.... some had been kicked out of home and vented their frustration at the bottom of the bottle, others ...

Re: To tweet or not to tweet?
<t>I have begun tweeting even before the book is launched. Hope it helps build up a large enough market. Twitter is a good tool but Gary is spot on when he says you have to tweet about different topics too. Not too hard for me. My only beef with twitter is that I spend hours upon hours on it and get...

Re: succesful ways to promote
I've been marketing heavily through twitter... but I believe I need to: 1) Develop a more global outlook to both my book and tweets... 2) Find new ways of promotion. My book is not out yet. But I plan to do some serious promoting. I am trying the e-world currently because my audience is English spea...

Re: Do you think alcohol and drugs help writing?
First of all I'll start with my own story. I am actually from the east and have stayed in the west for a long time. Frankly the 4-6 years I have spent in the west have been some of the best in my life. I found many friends and had lots of parties. However it was there that I was introduced to Maurij...

Re: Havi Sultan here!
Thanx for the welcome, guys.
Well Geo, I am aspiring to be all of those things because I still have to perfect those things and turn them into a way of making money.![Smile :)](./images/smilies/icon_smile.gif)
I have written many articles though & have tried starting up a graphic design company. Though my book still has to come out...

Re: Henry VIII and his seven wives.
Thats actually nothing... King Lukengu of Congo had around 800 wives....
kings in the old days married many people. Also the ottoman empire... if you check out the number of wives and concubines these Sultans had you would be quite surprised...![Razz :P](./images/smilies/icon_razz.gif)

Is everyone an author here?
I was wondering is everyone here an author?
I have seen many people discussing their own books... so I was wondering if everyone was an author. I actually expected a few readers to be around as well... just so that we could market our books a little as well.
So is everyone an author?

Re: Favorite Christian Teen Fiction Series
Wondering the same thing as the post above, sounds interesting! Might give them a read if I figure out what Christian Teen Fiction Series are about :D I actually just did a search and it seems Narnia has some Christian theme... I never knew that actually. So its some sort of book with a sort of rel...
