Hello to the rest of this big world
since my family is so far flung and I am here at the epicenter on this ranch near Yosemite National Park I have lots of time to read, but need a little direction. The list of books discussed are a great guide and reading the forum discussions makes the process more interesting. So many times I start a book and never finish it. I have great expectatons.

Hi Gary,
for some reason I could not think of the right spelling for British Columbia, it had this latin look to it, but I could not put my finger on it, but in any case you got the idea. I always think of it as BC, so this was a real challenge.

Hi Suzanne,
don't think it ever has happened for the whole family to get together, I have visited them all however, the thought of having the whole family together never occurred to me, being the reality that we are so far apart. There is a history to it though, worthy of a book, but I am sure there are many such global families out there. Wars usually make that happen.
