Greeting from ghagler

Unread post

Hi! I'm new to BookTalk and looking forward to talking about books with all of you. On one hand, I love mysteries, thrillers, and suspense. On the other hand, I love books like "Pride & Prejudice," "Cancer Ward," and "David Copperfield." I'm from the US - near Washington, DC - and I'm a full-time freelance writer and author. I love sports and wish we had a dog.

Welcome to BookTalk.org, Gina. :-)

I too wish I had a dog but my allergies make it not a good idea.

Welcome Gina! "Pride and Prejudice" is one of my favorite books as well! I read it at least once a year. I hope you're able to get a dog one day. I have 3 and love them dearly!

Thanks everyone. My allergies make a dog impossible - but my kids have forgiven me. I'm looking forward to talking books with this group!

Hi Gina and welcome. You will enjoy this site. One warning though.... it tends to be addictive.
