After two weeks of road works in front of my house, blocking my garage, this morning they told me they'll finish for Saturday.
I don't believe them but hope is the last to die.
So today is a good day because I have a living hope.

Olivia, you post made me think of something good that actually happened two days ago. I got an invitation from my college roommate; he and his wife will celebrate their 50th wedding anniversary June 1. :)

Since there aren't any real butterflies on the emoticon list, I like your substitute. :) Just keep one thing in perspective; a wedding is a single event, a marriage should last for a lifetime. My Beautiful Wife and I have been together 46 years and counting. :)
