Guardians of the Flame?

I'm on vacation and need a new fiction book to hold me over while I'm away. Chris mentioned a fantasy series that he said can't be beat, but I can't find the thread. Was that series Guardians of the Flame? It was something similar I remember.

Yes, it was Joel Rosenberg's "Guardians of the Flame" series. The first book in the series is called "The Sleeping Dragon." Here is the entire series in orderChris
