Now that I have the book I'm realizing the current format for this forum isn't going to work. I originally created the threads based on an index for the book found on Amazon.com, but the index was misleading. For instance, the Appendices are actually quite brief and shouldn't necessarily be their own threads, and they certainly shouldn't be the first threads. I'll look over the book and rethink the format for this forum.

I am totally new to book forums. Is there a how-to or an etiquette FAQ? I'm not sure how to participate when discussion ensues. Is it considered OK to just jump in (rather like what I am doing now)? Thank you, Anna
