Are you pushing your own short comings on us and safely hating them from a distance?
Is this the virtue of faith? To never change your mind: especially when you should?
Young Earth Creationists take offense at the idea that we have a common heritage with other animals. Why is being the descendant of a mud golem any better?

Iron Chef America. ![Laughing ](https://www.booktalk.org/images/smilies/icon_lol.gif)
Not music, but it's what I'm listening to at the moment. I can't see the screen, so it counts as listening.

I've recently been getting back into AFI, their album, Decemberunderground, is amazing and I've got their newest album, Crash Love, on repeat. ![Smile :)](https://www.booktalk.org/images/smilies/icon_smile.gif)

Alice in Wonderland, the Disney cartoon from the 1950s. Yes, it still counts as listening. We just got back from seeing the Tim Burton Alice in Wonderland and I still want to be around the story. Not a bad movie, overall, very visually stunning.

My brain seems to be stuck on the Taylor Swift channel at the moment. It may change soon...or not.

Amelie
I tend to "watch" movies as background noise, because music can often become too distracting. Right now I'm enjoying listening to people in French, and also reveling in the fact that I know what's going on in the movie without the subtitles because I have half the French and all of the ambient sound effects and music memorized. Right now, she is breaking creme brulee with a spoon, and is now throwing stones over the water from a bridge. Such beautiful imagery in this movie. Le sigh.![Wink ;)](https://www.booktalk.org/images/smilies/icon_wink.gif)
