Helloo

Unread post

I'm new here, obviously. I never know what to write in introductions so uhh... I love to read and write. I'm currently a first year (first year nearly over mind :o) at university studying Creative Writing. I'll read anything that I find engaging, although I do like historical fiction the most. So yeah, hello! :)

Helllooooo!! Welcome to BookTalk! I majored in Creative Writing, myself. I hope you are finding it worthwhile, but have a decent career in mind, because sadly, you won't get very far as a writer (as I have learned the hard way :(). Can't wait to see what you will bring to the discussion boards!!

Thanks. :)

bleachededen: I'm loving it so far, but I'm aware the difficulties of becoming a successful writer :(

Teaching is always a good prospect, if you have any desire to teach. I'm trying to get into copy editing or library work, myself. I like sorting things and correcting grammar. Not skills in high demand these days. ;)

Ah, yeah. I think I'm going to aim for library work, or something.
