I am currently experiencing this with latest book I'm reading. Been reading it for half the year now and it has moments where I just can't get into it or I just find it really boring. New character's are introduced every chapter and I know that something big is suppose to happen but 22 chapters in, it hasn't happened yet. I keep trying to manage through it and if after a while I just can't do it anymore i'll stop reading it.
