I tried, I honestly did, because I wanted to see what all the fuss was about and because I like to try something before I talk about how bad it is...I think I got through the first chapter. I think it's great that they get people to read, just not for me. I'm one of the few who really appreciate all the junk that gets published nowadays, because it makes finding a good read that much better.

Yes. I have a feeling you won't appreciate my opinion, so I won't go into detail, but Stephen King pretty much sums it up: “Harry Potter is about confronting fears, finding inner strength and doing what is right in the face of adversity. Twilight is about how important it is to have a boyfriend.”
