Wireless Internet access sure is cool. I'm doing an Open House right now and I brought our laptop computer. This is a vacant house so there isn't much to do to occupy my time while I wait for potential buyers. Well, someone nearby has wireless access and I am able to jump on their connection and access the Internet. Edited by: Chris OConnor  at: 7/29/06 2:37 pm

Oh, and I should not call her my girlfriend anymore. We're now engaged as of Auguest 12th. Sometimes I feel I should keep my personal life off these forums, but what the heck. We're getting married in February of next year. So she is my fiance.

I can't believe how sore I am and I didn't go heavy with the weights at all. Wow, I am really out of shape. I might use this thread as a workout journal.

Workout JournalWednesday, October 4Bad blisters (had to lance) and other severe pains so doing 1 hour was too much too soon. I need to toughen up my feet. Skipped gym today entirely. My heart is in better shape then the rest of my body, so I need to chill out and go slower.Thursday, October 5Still recovering from too much cardio so skipped cardio today.Chest / Shoulders - 2nd workout for these muscles so wimpy workoutFriday, October 6Back - 2nd workout for this muscle. Now I've done each body part, other than legs, two full times. One more light workout per muscle group and I'll be through the pain stage and can start real workouts.20 minutes treadmill - 3.6mph - wimpy, but I will pace myself till my feet can handle it.I'd like to start legs tomorrow, but we'll see. I hate not being able to walk after hitting legs for the first time after a long time away from the gym, so I'd dreading this muscle. I will go super light for the first several leg workouts.
