Greetings From Down Under

Hey everybody :)
I'm Melanie. I'm female and I live in Sydney, Australia.
Hobbies of mine include dancing and playing the guitar and piano, although I've tried the bass, cello, violin and drums.
I must admit that I used to dislike reading and found it a chore. But I'm slowly learning how wonderful books are and they are a part of my daily life. I read for about 2-3 hours everyday.
I enjoy adventure novels like The Hobbit and many of Jodi Picoult's novels. I wanted an online community where I could write down my reviews and love for new books and that's how I found BookTalk. So leave me something, tell me about yourself? I'm ready to meet some new people :)
