Great Book - THE RIGHT THING - Ethics in business

Hi, I have just finished reading book "The Right Thing" (http://www.sallybibb.com) from Sally Bibb and I have to say it was one of the best "business" books I have ever read. It is about ethical issues in business environment. The book stresses the importance of CARING for employees and customers and that being ethical will significantly improve commercial success in any company or organisation. I think it is a very current issue and I recommend it to anyone interested in this topic.
