Has anyone else read these two books? They focus on mastering your emotions and staying positive. I've enjoyed them and reading them has brought so many new aspects into my life.

For anyone who's feeling down & out, you must check them out!

I am not very interested in the secret. It does help to have a positive outlook on life, but mainly as a motivational force for yourself. You have to be confident that a goal is worth the effort. You have to be confident that you can meet the challenge, and you have to work hard (or smart) to achieve your goals.

That still entails actually doing something to improve your life. No amount of positive thought will put a corvette in your garage.
